1. Shopping with Paint My Mona

Paint My Mona sells paint-by-numbers kits, personalised Custom Kits and painting accessories. These terms apply together with our Privacy, Refund and Shipping Policies. Please read them before placing an order.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order and reach you if needed.

2. Products and colour options

Review the product description, canvas size, colour selection, frame option and included items before purchasing. The options selected at checkout determine the kit you order.

We aim to show products accurately. Colours may appear different on different screens, and the appearance of a finished painting depends on the selected colour option and how it is painted. This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

3. Prices, promotions and payment

The applicable price, currency, discounts and any delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment. Review the final total before confirming your purchase. Promotional offers are subject to any conditions displayed with the offer.

Payment is handled through Shopify checkout and its payment providers. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment information through our contact form. Changes to product prices do not change the price of an order already accepted.

4. Order confirmation and availability

After checkout, the order details are provided through Shopify. An order is subject to payment verification, product availability and acceptance. If an item is unavailable, or a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the options rather than make a material substitution without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfil an order, any payment for the unfulfilled item will be refunded. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order details.

5. Custom Kits and uploaded photographs

When uploading a photograph, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and to allow us and our fulfilment providers to reproduce it for your kit. Obtain any necessary permission from people shown in the photograph. Do not upload unlawful material or content that infringes someone else's rights.

You retain your rights in your photograph. You give us permission to use it to prepare, produce and fulfil your Custom Kit and resolve related support requests. Uploading a photograph does not give us permission to use it in advertising.

Image resolution, composition and the colour option selected affect the result. A paint-by-numbers interpretation is not an exact photographic reproduction. Please review your photograph and selections before purchase; changes may not be possible once production has started. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and return information.

6. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains preparation and transit estimates. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a cancellation, return, replacement or refund. Contact us through the form on this site with your order number when you need help.

Nothing in these policies removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. Website use and third-party services

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person's information, interfere with the store, upload malicious material or submit fraudulent orders. Store content and branding may not be reused in a way that infringes the rights of Paint My Mona or other rights holders.

Shopify and other providers support checkout, payment, hosting and delivery. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to those services. We remain responsible for our obligations to you as the seller under applicable law.

8. Your rights and updates to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Applicable mandatory consumer law takes precedence over any inconsistent provision.

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already placed. If you have questions about these terms or an order, contact us using the form on this site.
